Mark J. Watkins Vice President of Operations, Sports & Leisure Mark's family history in the foodservice industry, combined with his career portfolio, gives him a wide spectrum of industry experience, enabling him to bring his expertise to every facet of your business. Specializing in the educational foodservice market, Mark's prior roles include positions from catering manager to regional manager to account executive and, prior to assuming his current position, supporting Sodexo's large public universities segment as a vice president of Operations.

Mark brings his extensive knowledge of concessions, catering and campus dining to the Sports and Leisure market. As Vice President of Operations for Sports & Leisure Services, he utilizes this experience, along with utilizing Sodexo's vast support resources, to drive success for each of our partners in his region. He works closely with our business partners, as well as with their on-site management teams, to ensure the highest level of service and quality. Mark's focus is to ensure that each and every event meets and exceeds your expectations.

John Bluck

John began his career with Sodexo in 1988 and draws upon his experience to support your on-site team in everything they do. He provides the team with a continuous flow of new ideas, valuable benchmarking, problem-solving and access to regional and nationwide resources. He supports the operations team by training new managers, applying new and innovative concepts and enhancing and developing existing formats for the sports and leisure programs.

John helps his team provide the best possible service by sharing the best practices from different stadiums and by fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.

Brad Graybeal

Brad has been with Sodexo for 30 years. During his tenure, he has worked with many schools, colleges and universities in the West and Southwest. Brad's principal role is enabling the local teams to exceed the expectations of the client and of the customers. He is also responsible for staying in touch with cutting-edge programming and product development, and he accomplishes this by playing a role in both existing business planning and new business and product development.

In addition, Brad works hard to know what the client's goals are so our mission is matched with the mission of the university. Interpreting the client's vision enables Brad and his team to ensure that Sodexo meets the client's vision and goals.

Jerry joined Sodexo in 2006, bringing over 25 years of experience in the industry. He is dedicated to ensuring customers' and clients' needs are met at every event. He frequently visits his units, walking through every stadium and arena to examine each area carefully. Jerry's primary goal is to provide and enhance each and every fan's experience.

Joe Glynn

District Manager

Joe oversees concessions accounts in the Big 12, Conference USA and the WAC in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Kansas. His principle responsibility is enabling the on-site operations team to exceed the expectations of the client and customer, a task that is facilitated by a very strong local team and support staff.

Anne Rankin

A career spanning more than 30 years in foodservice management, including experience in concessions, catering, retail, conference, corporate, campus, health care and fast food makes Anne a valuable contributor to the Sports & Leisure team. Her many successes in growing programs through innovation and creativity enable her to drive outstanding results and bring success to your program.

Anne is all about the customer, looking at operations from the end user's perspective with an eye for interpreting how they perceive our services. Anne's high standards and her objective to exceed customer expectations enable us to attain our goals. Anne says, "I work with our clients openly and honestly, to better achieve a win for both of us. When faced with challenging requests, I strive to offer options that allow both Sodexo and the client to achieve our respective goals."

Margaret Benson

National Catering Consultant

Margaret has been with Sodexo for more than 30 years, starting in 1982. She has earned a national reputation for excellence through managing literally thousands of collegiate catering events. Her "kudos" file includes glowing recommendations from governors, university presidents and prominent board members, as well as a wide cross section of members of her campus communities. She has extensive experience in developing and consistently maintaining catering and suite programs on a national scale to attract and retain clients.

Margaret is an excellent communicator who can drive sweeping changes while achieving recognition for the overall Flavours by Sodexo catering and suite brand. She is also a cost-conscious leader who has devoted countless hours to the resolution of issues and the development of processes, resulting in programs that lead to increased efficiency while exceeding expectations and inspiring confidence in Sodexo's overall catering brand.

Melissa Werley

Melissa Werley

Field Marketing Director

Melissa's current role as field marketing director brings the benefit of her 17-year career in the dining industry and marketing field. She began her career with Sodexo in 1994 and has gained a depth and breadth of knowledge through her work in many positions, including assistant director and retail manager, as part of Sodexo's Healthcare team before joining the Education team. Melissa's positions within the education segment – unit marketing manager, district marketing manager and, since 2010, field marketing director – have brought her a clear understanding of the marketing needs of our partners, making her an invaluable asset for every campus partner she serves.

Melissa is an expert in customer and market research, working closely with our managers, clients and fans to gather information and develop future strategies based on results from survey data, focus groups and customer interaction.
